High voltage DC relays are essential components in the fields of new energy vehicles, charging piles, and energy storage systems. They are used to control high voltage and large current in DC circuits. Also known as high voltage DC contactors, they feature fast action, small size, high voltage resistance, load resistance, impact resistance, strong arc extinguishing capability, and strong discrimination ability. They serve as circuit switches with protective properties and are typically used in automated control circuits, functioning as an "automatic switch" that uses small current to control large current operations, playing roles in automatic regulation, safety protection, and circuit conversion.

       High voltage DC relays are mainly composed of electromagnetic units, contact units, magnetic blow units, etc. The contact part is either individually sealed in a sealed cavity or encapsulated as a whole, filled with inert gas or mixed gas at a certain pressure. The electromagnetic unit generates a magnetic field when powered, causing the moving contact on the moving mechanism to close with the contact unit; when the electromagnetic unit is powered off, the moving contact on the moving mechanism separates under the action of return elasticity, and the magnetic blow unit quickly elongates and cuts off the generated arc, ensuring reliable disconnection of the system circuit.
