Details

The system for switching between picoampere (pA) or femtoampere (fA) level currents also requires special high insulation, which can only be satisfied by dry reed relays. The insulation level may need to be 10^14Ω or 10^15Ω. Our company's HVFR series offers several switching options that can meet these requirements.

Technical parameters (see HVFR and BT series):
● Switching voltage: 1.0KVDC
● Insulation resistance
▪ Contact/Contact: Typical value up to 10^12Ω (can reach up to 10^14Ω under special conditions)
▪ Contact/Coil: Typical value up to 10^13Ω (can reach up to 10^15Ω under special conditions)
● Dielectric strength
▪ Contact/Contact: 1.5KVDC
▪ Contact/Coil: 4.5KVDC
● Low thermal offset voltage: <10mV; <1.0Mv (BT series)
